Welcome to Ellington Creations! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before purchasing.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Many of our products are handmade and/or personalized specifically for you. Because of the nature of these items, please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and other details provided when placing your order.
Ellington Creations is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Once a personalized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
PROOF & APPROVALS
If a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the design before production.
Once a proof has been approved, Ellington Creations is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Because our products are handmade and may be created using laser engraving, 3D printing, and UV printing slight variations may occur.
Differences in wood grain, engraving, depth, color, texture, print placement, and finish are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated.
Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be considered received on the following business day.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Ellington Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect address, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical mailing address is required.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personalization nature of many of our products, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact Ellington Creations within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item, and shipping label.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect or ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once a customer order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded because materials and production time have already been committed to your order.
CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION & IMAGES
By submitting names, photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, images, and information do not infringe on another person's or company’s copyrights, trademark, or other rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photographs, logos, graphics, product images, and original artwork created by Ellington Creations remain the property of Ellington Creations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Our designs may not be coped, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care or safety instructions provided with their order.
Ellington Creations is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before submitting payment, including:
Names and spelling
Dates and numbers
Colors
Quantities
Shipping address
Personalization details
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will do our best to correct it before production.
RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER
Ellington Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including requests that contain inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
POLICY CHANGES
Ellington Creations reserves the right to update modify these Terms of Service at any time. The terms in effect at the time of the order is placed will apply to that order.
