WHO WE ARE

Hello! My name is Mindy, the creator behind Ellington Creations! I’m 40 years old, married to my husband, Dave, and we have five amazing kids. Two are still at home, while our other three have ground up and started lives of their own.

I started Ellington Creations in 2021 as a way to turn my love of crafting and creating into something of my own. Not long after starting my business, life took an unexpected turn I was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy. I had to put my crafting dreams on pause while I underwent dialysis treatments and focused on my health.

After a long and challenging journey, I am now incredibly grateful to say that I am now one year post-kidney transplant and back to doing what I love!
