Refund Policy

At Ellington Creations, all of our products are made with care, and many of our items are personalized specifically for you.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders. Please carefully review all sections, including names, spelling, colors, sizes, designs, and other customizations before completing your order.

We will only accepted returns or provide a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken.

• You receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

• There is an error made by Ellington Creations.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provided photo of damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the item is determined to be damaged beyond use, we will offer a replacement or refund.

If the item has minor damage but is still fully usable, a refund or replacement may not be provided.

Before checking out, please make sure all personalization details are correct. Ellington Creations is not responsible for customer-provided spelling errors, incorrect colors, sizes, names or other customization choices.
