Shipping Policy

Turnaround time is 5-7 business days for all orders. Orders placed after 5:00pm Eastern Time will be processed starting the following business day.

Please allow additional time for shipping delays, especially around holidays and peak seasons. Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and delivery times are outside my control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has had no movement (“stand still”) for 10 business days (February-September) or 15 business days (October-January), please contact me so I can open a claim with the shipping carrier and determine the next steps.

PLEASE NOTE: I am unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all orders.

Stand-still time refers to the time with no tracking movement, not the estimated delivery time.
